About Lilia Sixtos
Lilia Sixtos is an internationally-recognized theatre professional, business leader, and life coach.
As a theatre professional, she has won the highest award for Direction of Musical Theatre in Mexico for her work on the revival of Cats in 2014. After graduating from the theatre department at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, she began a directing career that has spanned various genres, including the musicals Saturday Night Fever, Cinderella, and Spring Awakening and the internationally renowned play My Broken Christ. As an actor, she has performed in over twelve professional productions, including Sweet Charity, Starlight Express, Godspell, and Cats.
She has taught acting classes at many schools, including on the hit reality competition La Academia, which was watched by over sixty million viewers.
Lilia’s interest in psychology and the science of human nature has led her to obtain a master’s degree in neuro-linguistic programming. She is a Certificate Trainer with the Heal Your Life program, created by Louise L. Hay.
Her success as a personal development coach in the world of network marketing has led her to be a guest speaker at conferences for thousands of people in dozens of countries. Today she continues to learn and teach about mindfulness, leadership, emotional intelligence, self-esteem, and self-image.
She is very passionate about helping parents to support their children to develop their artistic talents through coaching sessions and workshops.
